Incident Description:
There are currently network problems on the CERN site, including WIFI connectivity, due to electrical failures on the site.
The IT network team are aware of the problems and are working on a solution. Updates will be provided as soon as news are available.
The Service Desk building (55) is also affected by the power cuts, which might introduce delays in processing tickets.

The network services are back to normal operation.
The network team is working
The network team is working to resolve problems in the core networking equipment upon which a large number of devices relies. Following that, issues affecting peripheral devices, including WiFi infrastructure will be dealt with.
