Incident Description:
Problem to acces the Service-now software (https://cern.service-now.com/)
Users get an error message: 'cannot display the webpage'
Similarly end users do not have acces to the CERN Service Portal (https://cern.service-now.com/service-portal/)
This problem is linked to a general network problem, for more details look at:

Service-now is back again (at 9:20) as the network connectivity problem seems to be solved.

Service Now up but the network problem is not fully resolved
Experts are still working on the network connectivity problem, but Service Now service has been restored.
