The Account Management Service is unavailable since Monday morning, due to an unexpected load and behavior of the service. The problem has been narrowed to a specific component and is still under investigation by the experts with the help of the software vendors through a support case with maximum severity.

9:45 Update : The service is back online, some functionnalities will experience delays but the password management is fully functionnal.
16:20 Update: The service is still working with some delays and some actions result in timeouts on the web site.
Wed 21 September @18:00 update: the Account Management service has been taken offline again to try to permanently solve the issue with an intervention on the servers.
