Incident Description: 

With the last releases of web browsers (IE, Chrome, and FireFox), users have been experiencing difficulties to access the audio conferencing application.

A new version has been installed supporting the last releases of IE and Firefox.

Workaround: 

The new software release supports the last releases of Firefox and IE.

Subject: MyTeamWork maintenance

Dear MyTeamWork users,

Following the problems of MyTeamWork to support certain web browsers, a new software release will be installed on Monday 11th and Tuesday 12th of February. As a consequence, the MyTeamWork service will be unavailable Monday and Tuesday (all day).

If you have any scheduled conferences during these two days, you may call the Switchboard (76111) to book a manual audio-conference slot. In this case, please remind your audio-conference participants to call number 77000 (+41227677000) and to mention the title of your audio-conference to get connected. Please note that call back for audio-conference connections is not possible from the switchboard.

You’ll be informed once the MyTeamWork service is fully operational.

Update on Monday 21 January 2013:

The servers were updated but, unfortunately, there is another issue that prevent from putting the tool in production. The issue is again escalated to Alcatel.

IT/CS experts are testing the new version before putting it in production. They will probably make the uopdate during the Christmas break in order not to interrupt the service.

NextiraOne (provider for this software) is currently testing a new version and possibly the upgrade will be made next week. More news soon.

We are waiting a decision from the IT management concerning this issue with My TeamWork.

News on 21 September:

A Workaround for IE9 and FireFox should be published in the day.

No workaround is expected for Chrome.

The next release of MyTeamWork (do be available in November 2012) will support all browsers: IE, Chrome, and FireFox
