Incident Description:
Since the 14th of February, data transfers from CERN to European sites (not Tier1s) have been steadily increasing. At 16:30 today 15th February, this traffic has saturated the Swiss access to Geant, the European backbone that serves Research and Education institutes in Europe. The capacity of the Swiss access is 20Gbps.
