One of the two instances of
One of the two instances of CERNDB1/ACCDB/EDMSDB is functioning and dealing with the load.
Second one is still recovering so the performance might be slower that usual.
If second instance won't be fully funcrional before 6pm, we will need to stop the whole database to clear the situation.
